1. This is the case of machine sensor operation. Did the massage chair stop working at the same time as the beep sound? Action: In this case, do not panic. If there is an obstruction on the side or bottom of the leg/sudden increase in weight/obstruction at the rear when entering the initial mode. After checking the contents displayed on the remote control and removing it, turn off the remote control. If it is turned off, turn it on and then turn it off again, and you can safely get out of the massage chair. If you come down from the massage chair without completing the initial mode (home position), the sensor may activate again, so wait until the machine completely stops. 

2. If you turn off the remote control after using the massage chair, the beep sound will sound until it returns to the initial mode (home position). This is not a malfunction. For example, it can be said to be like a warning sound made when a car reverses. 

3. In other cases, if the beep beep beep sounds while the operation has stopped --> CS application

It is designed to automatically recognize body scan when driving in automatic mode. If the customer moves or stands up during body scan recognition, accurate body scan recognition may not be possible. In automatic mode, use it after about 1 to 2 minutes of body recognition in a comfortable state.
