Familie (BFX-2110US) 1 Year
Eliza (BFX-2001US) 1 Year
Onew (BFI-2110US) 1 Year

 

BODYFRIEND warrants the product for the specified period of time, starting from original date of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmanship; does NOT include normal wear and tear. If any part is found to be defective during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement, at BODYFRIEND’s option and expense, of the defective part, except for shipping fees. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to return the product to BODYFRIEND. 


This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only with original proof of purchase and is NOT transferable. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair. This warranty is valid only within the continental US (does not include HI, AK, PR). 


This warranty is void in the event that repairs are made by anyone other than BODYFRIEND without prior authorization from BODYFRIEND.


ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPROPRIATE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. In no event shall BODYFRIEND be liable for any consequential or incidental damages attributable to this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary.

Please retain original proof of purchase to ensure that your product is recorded and warranty information received. 

Exclusions

The following exclusions are NOT covered by warranty:

  1. Damage resulting from improper installation or use, neglect, dropped product, unreasonable maintenance, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications of original condition, and cosmetic alterations. 
  2. Damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances, power surges.
  3. Damage or cracked screen because of personal misuse, excessive force, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, vandalism, or natural disasters.
  4. Products purchased by or through unauthorized dealers.
  5. Products used commercially or for commercial purposes.
  6. Tme lost by the Purchaser during the time the product is being replaced, at a repair facility, etc.
  7. Natural occurrences such as, but not limited to softening/hardening of foams and composites, fading, wear, pilling of fabrics, natural markings, grain and dye variations in leather, and failure of attach points does not validate issue of warranty, as well as items intended to be periodically replaced by Purchaser during the normal lifetime of a product including, but not limited to batteries, light bulbs, and etc. 
  8. Seat cover replacement and other accessories.
