Welcome to Bodyfriend! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your pre-order of the Bodyfriend Massage Chair model "733" ("Product"). By placing a deposit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Payment Policy
1.1 Reservation Deposit
- A refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your pre-order of the Bodyfriend Massage Chair “733”.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total MSRP ($20,000) of the “733” at the time of final purchase. Additionally, if you pre-order, we will offer an exclusive 15% discount on the total MSRP.
- The deposit does not guarantee delivery and is subject to the availability of the Product.
1.2 Additional Fees
- Shipping Fees: Applicable shipping fees will be calculated based on your delivery location and will be added to the final purchase price.
- Taxes: All applicable state and local taxes will be added to your final purchase price.
- Other Fees: Any additional fees, such as handling or installation charges, will be clearly indicated at the time of final purchase.

- Price: The MSRP for the Bodyfriend Massage Chair 733 is $20,000. If you pre-order, we will offer an exclusive 15% discount on the total MSRP.
- Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is scheduled for November 2025, subject to change as outlined in Section 4.3.
2.2 Terms and Conditions
- Purchase Obligation: Placing a deposit does not obligate you to complete the purchase. However, it reserves the Product for you until the final payment is made.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the final purchase is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with our Refund Policy outlined in Section 3.

- Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation Before Shipment: If you cancel your pre-order before the Product shipment to you, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
- Cancellation After Shipment: If you cancel your order after the product has been shipped to you, a shipping and handling fee, as well as a restocking fee (20% of the total price excluding sales tax and shipping fees), will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Process

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of the refund request.

- Modification or Cancellation: You may modify or cancel your pre-order at any time prior to final payment, subject to the Refund Policy in Section 3.
4.2 Shipping and Exchange Policy
- Delivery Schedule: The estimated delivery date is November 2025. Bodyfriend is not liable for delays beyond its control.
- Shipping Regions: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping options may be available upon request.
- Delivery Delays: In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified via email or phone with an updated delivery timeline.
4.3 Delayed Launch
- Notification of Delay: If the release of the Product is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues), we will notify you via your provided contact information.
- Customer Options: In the event of a significant delay (exceeding 6 months from the estimated release date), you may choose to:
- Continue with your pre-order under the new delivery schedule.
- Request a full refund of your deposit.
- No Additional Liability: Bodyfriend is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
- Promotional Giveaway Terms
5.1 Event Details
To thank our pre-order customers, Bodyfriend is hosting a promotional giveaway. One (1) winner will be selected to receive a Bodyfriend Massage Chair Eliza at no additional cost.
This giveaway is exclusive to customers who have placed a pre-order for the Product by February 28th, 2025.
5.2 Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
- Only customers who have completed their pre-order and paid the required deposit are eligible to participate.
- Bodyfriend employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
5.3 Selection Process
- The winner will be selected at random through a fair and impartial process by February 28th, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the pre-order process (email or phone).
- If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected.
5.4 Prize Details
- The prize includes one (1) Bodyfriend Massage Chair Eliza.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- Shipping costs for the prize will be covered by Bodyfriend. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
5.5 Limitations and Disclaimers
- Bodyfriend reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
- By participating, customers agree that Bodyfriend shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.
- The selected winner will receive “Eliza” along with the shipment of 733, with no cancellations allowed after the prize is awarded. If the selected winner chooses to cancel the shipment of 733, they will forfeit the "Eliza" as well.

6.2 Local Tax Regulations

- Bodyfriend complies with all relevant U.S. consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Limitation of Liability
- Force Majeure: Bodyfriend is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or supply chain disruptions.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product will be resolved through individual arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Acceptance of Terms
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
